I have been working with business and ministry leaders for thirty years. While at Saddleback Church in 1995, I discovered my calling which was facilitating LifePlans for leaders in transition. In the LifePlan process, I facilitate a discovery process to help leaders discover God‘s next life chapter, clarify their calling, unique contribution, and what convergence looks like now.

I had the privilege of working with Terry Walling in CRM for ten years learning how to Facilitate and coach the Focusing Leaders process. Later, I would start an executive coaching business called SummitTrek for CEOs and pastors.

For the last eight years, I’ve served as a seconded staff of novo, with twofoureight.com a DMM team led by David Broodryk focused on disciple making movements in major urban cities around the world.

Marty and I have been married for 46 years and have three adult children and spouses and two grandchildren.
