Spiritual Directors & Companions

Spiritual Directors and Companions provide a safe, confidential, and prayerful space to help you attend to God's presence and activity in your life. Through attentive listening and conversation, they help you recognize God's work, discern His invitations, and grow in your relationship with Him.

Spiritual companions are trusted believers who walk alongside others in their journey with God, offering encouragement, prayer, support, and spiritual friendship. They may serve as mentors or disciplers, helping others grow in faith, navigate life's challenges, and follow Jesus more faithfully. Through a caring relationship, they provide guidance, accountability, and encouragement for spiritual growth.

Spiritual directors are trained spiritual companions who help individuals prayerfully discern and respond to God's presence and activity in their lives. Through attentive listening and spiritual discernment, they help others grow in their awareness of God's love, deepen their intimacy with Him, and live more fully out of that love in every area of life.
