Our Vision & Calling
OUR VISION
Our vision is to see God form healthy disciples, leaders, churches, and Gospel movements around the world—reflecting His love and drawing people into the fullness of life in Christ.
To do this, we provide safe, confidential spaces for leaders, ministries, and organizations to remain connected to Christ, grow more deeply rooted in Him, flourish wholly, and lead in ways that are fruitful, sustainable, and life-giving.
We are a global network of Christian leaders, missionaries, and disciple-makers equipping leaders worldwide to abide deeply in Christ, flourish wholly, and lead effectively—so that their lives and ministries reflect God’s love and multiply His Kingdom.
OUR CALLING
Abide Deeply
From the beginning, God’s desire has been for us to live in a loving, dependent relationship with Him. Jesus invites us to abide in Him (John 15:4–10), making clear that the fullness of life is not found in self-reliance, but in remaining deeply rooted in Him.
For leaders especially, abiding in Christ means living with a humble awareness of our need for God and a steady openness to receive the Spirit’s sustaining life, presence, and power in every season of life and ministry. Abiding in Christ is our most essential foundation.
This is why we invite leaders to abide deeply—to strengthen their foundation in Christ and continue growing as deeply rooted disciples, who help others live from that same place of dependence and life.
Flourish Wholly
To flourish wholly is to live into the fullness of life God intends—not by striving, but by allowing Christ to restore every part of who we are. It is a life shaped by grace, where our inner life, relationships, work, and calling align with God’s love and purposes.
Flourishing attends to the health of our spiritual, emotional, relational, and physical lives. As we remain rooted in Christ, the Spirit nurtures resilience, love, and faithful growth—even in life’s challenges. We walk alongside leaders and their spouses, providing support and guidance that helps them experience the fullness of life in Christ that God intends.
Lead Effectively
Effective leadership flows from a life anchored in Christ. Leaders who are rooted in Him are able to make wise, discerning decisions, inspire and motivate those they serve, and steward their influence with integrity, humility, and love. Leadership is not just about results—it’s about guiding others in a way that reflects God’s character and furthers His purposes.
We support leaders in growing their capacity to guide, shape, and serve others, equipping them with tools, insight, and encouragement to navigate the challenges of ministry with confidence and grace. Our goal is to help leaders develop sustainable practices that honor God, nurture the people they lead, and produce fruit that endures. In this way, leadership becomes both effective and life-giving, allowing leaders to impact others while remaining healthy, resilient, and grounded in Christ.
