I spent over 20 years in Asia serving leaders and walking alongside emerging ministries, gaining a deep appreciation for the challenges and opportunities they face. At the heart of my work is a passion for helping people discover who they were created to be—and empowering them to live that out with clarity and confidence.
I’m especially energized by building efficient, people-centered systems that enable individuals and teams to thrive.
I hold a Master’s degree in Intercultural Studies and am a trained coach, with certifications in the Birkman Method, Grip Birkman, and the Cerny Smith Assessment. I’m also currently expanding my skills through an event design course. Today, I serve within the Empowering Leaders network, where i focus on equipping and supporting members to fully step into their calling so that ministries around the world can flourish.
