Kathy Pyrc
Since joining Imago Christi as a core community member in 2016, I have poured myself into walking alongside missionary and church leaders—across the U.S.,various locations internationally, and most recently in Kenya—with a deep desire to help them explore more deeply the transforming love of God. Trained as a Spiritual Director through Denver Seminary, I am devoted to guiding people into a richer intimacy with the Lord, inviting them into the beautiful rhythm of communion with God that naturally overflows into community and ministry.
In my role as a spiritual formation missionary, I offer soul care to leaders who often pour out far more than they receive. I provide one-on-one Spiritual Direction, companion individuals through the Ignatian Exercises, facilitate Discernment Sessions for missionaries in seasons of transition, and write and lead retreats and Discovery events. This is the work that ignites my heart—coming alongside weary leaders and watching them reawaken to their First Love, a renewal that radiates back into their ministries around the world.
My personal story has profoundly shaped her ministry. Widowed in 2006, I carry a tender sensitivity toward those navigating loss, upheaval, or seasons of spiritual desert. In 2011 I married John Pyrc, and together we cultivate spiritual formation practices that nurture a life lived with God, not merely for Him. Our blended family of five adult children and ten grandchildren continues to be a source of joy, grounding, and grace.
