I have served for the last 25 years as a leadership coach to pastors and consultant to churches in North America. My conviction is that American society can only be rescued from its self-destruction (spiritually, morally, domestically, ethically, and financially) when the Church is alive, awake, and influential in the communities where God has us. To this end, I champion pastors to be courageous, God-needy leaders and people-developers so that the congregations they influence demonstrate--via their lifestyles not their programs--the goodness of Jesus' Good News.
