Lisa Carrick-Oliveira
My team and I at Activated primarily serve ministry leaders and teams who feel the weight of their calling and the complexity of ministry challenges. We provide a comprehensive range of support, including one-on-one coaching, strategic leadership consulting, and leadership retreats, as well as specialized trainings for churches looking to grow in discipleship and outreach. While I am based in Toronto, Canada, I serve leaders globally, providing a safe, confidential harbor where you and your team can be refueled to lead from the overflow of God’s love.

My deepest passion is courageously loving leaders into a renewed, vibrant intimacy with Jesus, helping them move past the heavy burden of performance and into a grace-filled rhythm of life. I long to see the "mask" come off so that true healing can begin, ultimately empowering these men and women to lead churches that become the most loving, transformative forces in their cities.
To this mission, I bring a Master of Arts in Global Leadership and the seasoned perspective of an ACC Certified Leadership Coach.
