I am inspired by John’s vision of the great multitude from every people group praising God in heaven (Rev. 9) and compelled by Jesus final words about the making of disciples among all people groups (Matt. 28:18-20).

Having served as a missionary for many years in both Africa and Southeast Asia, I am uniquely gifted and equipped to encourage, coach and train global cross-cultural Christian workers so that they have the resources and support to stay the course over the long haul, growing more effective in ministry as they learn to be intentional about their own spiritual and ministry development.
