I spent 25 years serving in Asia, walking alongside leaders and ministries. My heart is to see leaders who Abide Deeply in Christ, Flourish Wholly in life/ministry and Lead Effectively, so that they reproduce healthy disciples, leaders, churches and ministries all over the place. I now focus on developing the Empowering Leaders network so that our members stay connected, encouraged and equipped to serve Christ and His Kingdom fruitfully.
