Tim Buchanan

I am passionate about seeing young leaders set up for long-term success in ministry.

I work with young pastors, church leaders, and seminarians to set up a sustainable model of ministry so that they avoid the perils of burn-out, moral failure, or a loss of zeal. I want them to know how deeply loved they are by their Father and to allow that to drive them into faithful and obedient service.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Youth Ministry and Social Science from Azusa Pacific University (2008), and a masters degree in Christian Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (2025). I work primarily with leader under 35 years of age from all across the United States. I reside in Southern California with my wife and two boys, and I love to serve leaders in person whenever possible, but I am available to meet remotely over Zoom or phone as well.
