Vivian Ochoa
I am originally from Guatemala and have been a missionary for 23 years on 6 continents. I hold an MA in Pastoral Counseling and a certificate in spiritual direction and have been providing member care for 14 years. My background as an Engineer and a Linguist helps me understand workers from different backgrounds.
I enjoy walks in nature, gardening, bird-watching and one-on-one conversations.
You can read more about my ministry at https://vochoa.novostaff.org.
I am passionate about seeing missionaries experience intimacy and groundedness in their relationship with God so that they can remain resilient, healthy and fruitful in the field, while avoiding unnecessary attrition.
Based out of Malaga, Spain, I serve English and Spanish speaking missionaries working in Africa, Asia and Europe. I provide debriefing, spiritual direction, pastoral counseling, and retreats. I am also staff of the Deepen spiritual direction training for missionaries.
